On April 19, Suburban Sound Syndicate is hosting a one-of-a-kind Bicycle Day celebration unlike any other. Returning to the exceptional Rookie’s Rochaus in West Dundee, we’re once again bringing the heat with a selection of eight outstanding DJs and producers. Syndicate Sound Session 009 will continue our passion for providing exceptional entertainment as we ride forth with another incredible showcase we’re thrilled to present. 

This lineup is delectable! We’ll have Somatoast, Tripzy Leary, Audio Goblin, Deer Skin, DeemZoo, Floating Sea, Opal, and Software. Hell yea! We’re cooking with an electric stove-top, and these performances are sure to hit all the right notes. A bevy of sonic surprises lies in wait for all enthusiastic explorers determined to witness something special this Bicycle Day.   

As always, the action on stage will be supported by top-tier production. Funktion-One sound returns courtesy of the awesome Sub Valley Sound. We’ll have LED and TV walls thanks to Birdsigh and Nuvotion who will also be handling VJ duties for this occasion. They’ll be joined by the likes of Neocord, Kliqs, and Maya Visions. Sprinkle in some lasers from Deep Frequency Corp, and the visuals are set to scintillate throughout the night. Plus, Josh Melfi of WeMakeThings3D will once again curate the second-floor balcony with his cerebral and luminescent mushroom forest.  

We love sharing the spotlight with our homies at these sound sessions, and we’re super happy the Celestial Ember Collective will be joining us for this event. Kataya will be leading a provocative ensemble of flow dancers including Rashaan Omar, SolFlowArt, Sire, Kelcei Alicea, Fiammaya, Dylan James, and Aquarian Flow Goddess. Their efforts will accentuate and complement the gorgeous dynamics happening on stage. They take a lot of pride in what they do, and they’ll look damn good while doing it. Artists supporting artists, that’s what we say. 

Furthermore, we’re happy to have a crew of wildly talented painters forming canvas live for this event. 2Tips, Camille’s Dreamland, Johnny Lot, Megan Nolte Art, Saeyoung, Skeduleone, Subloominal, and Veidy will all be on site focusing their creative energies. We’ll also have a contingent of vendors spread throughout the two floors for those looking to grab some fresh gear, cool swag, or unique trinkets. EVOL Collective, Galactic Roots Eclectic, Kush Queers, Neo Gaian Creations, Nomadik Nymph, The Fiber Trip, and WeMakeThings3D will all be under one roof for this enchanting time. And if your body is in need of some healing, D&A Wellness will once again be on site to help remedy your condition.
